1. Air Separation
The construction ensures all fluid contacts the SS Mesh's total adhesion surface. Due to the coalescence effect, microscopic gas bubbles in the fluid adhere to the Mesh's contact surface, growing into larger bubbles with sufficient floating power to separate via an air chamber, releasing more air bubbles than standard separators.
2. Dirt Separation
High separation efficiency with SS Mesh technology cleans the system in fewer cycles, reducing dirt particles that would normally deposit. Collected dirt is easily flushed out via the drain valve.
3. High Efficiency
Separation efficiency increases with low flow velocity, maintaining stable pressure drop regardless of dirt collected. Suitable for heating and cooling installations.
